Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please email us in the first instance.

For Orders OUTSIDE OF THE UK : Any Local Duty/Taxes (if applicable) are to be paid by the recipient in their Country.
In case of non-acceptance of parcels (RETURNS) - Shipping costs will not be refunded. Additional shipping costs will be charged for the return package.
